    I now know I have a hormonal belly, by listening to you it gave me the answers I’ve been looking for, I would wake up tired, I would sleep 8 hours and still be sleepy. No amount of caffeine would help me, but I’m working on getting on track as we speak.

    I would love for you to go into more detail about postpartum belly. I’m way past the norm. I’m 3 years post. But I have a c section/apron belly. I have lost quite a bit of weight but can’t get that belly off.

      I mean even 20 years ago my belly was not this lean. I always identified as someone with a rounder belly… I am really impressed with the accuracy of the research 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

    Hi!
    Can a big round belly with a bit of overhang which resembles the ALCOHOL belly type, can it be from prescription meds?
    Is there a different way to go about reducing it while taking the necessary meds still?

    Thank you, I have just 1 question. And I am well meaning and kind. Why focus on losing belly fat after pregnancy and talk about calory deficit? Is it just about appearance? Because it could'nt be about health, is it? (Sorry for spelling faults)

    I had all intentions to eat well but not only did I lose weight and a lot of it I also only ate what I could. I don’t know if there is a way to fully consciously “ eat” healthy ( or eat terribly) when you’re pregnant. Most women eat what stays down. Great info but there are extreme nuisances.

    I had a kid 20 months ago, but I just cannot lose the extra weight. I even started gaining weight when I started breastfeeding. I think it’s hormonal, so I started taking maca, but that made me gain even more.

      So Maca is tricky and it tends to add weight in a lot of women, are you still breastfeeding?

      @@envygoodridge274 I feel you; it’s sorta clunky to say. I used to think it was weird when people used all the months to describe their kids' age before I had him. He’s not one and doesn’t act like a one year old, and he’s not two yet and acts a little more like a baby than a two-year-old. 🤷🏿‍♀️ it makes more sense when they're that little to me

      @@envygoodridge274 It’s actually standard to refer to a baby’s age in months up until “24 months old”. That’s because pediatricians use a baby’s age to capture milestones because babies change so quickly. You have to reference their milestones in smaller increments because if one baby started walking at 11 months old and another baby at 15 months old, it’s not fair to round off and say both started at one year. There’s a huge range of 4 months between them, so it’s better to be specific about months when it comes to babies.

    Why no red meat on the metabolic reset? you mention high quality proteins .. so wouldn't that include grass feed organic red meat?

      That’s a great question, the reason is because most red meat (unless it is grass fed organic) is loaded with growth hormones from the animals. This means they were intentionally injected with endocrine disrupting hormones to force a higher yield of meat when the animal is butchered and those hormones in the protein of the animal is transferred to the person consuming.

      @@gaugegirltraining I had to quit eating beef for a while until I figured out about hormone free beef. It would cause my bowels to bleed. No eating at fast food restaurants, no canned food with beef, no hotdogs or bologna.

    Hi. Could anyone help me overcome my sugar cravings please?? I don’t know if it’s habit, psychological or if my body is in dire need of some sort of nutrient that I am missing out on! I tend to avoid meat & poultry as much as I can, opt for fish more. Avocados are my fav, berries, apples. I like almonds as a snack. I won’t ever be 100% carb free lol however it is organic oats in smoothies, maybe a teaspoon full. Wholemeal bread & pasta, brown rice etc but I do try to have low carb for lunch whenever I can due to having IBS as I can experience bloating. So all in all my diet is pretty good, not the best but reasonably ok. It’s just this god damn sugar craving! I can’t walk past Chocolate without buying some in the supermarket! Never say no in a restaurant when they offer desserts, during my period all I want is Junk food 😢I think the longest I’ve gone since last Xmas was 3 days without the bad sugar and I swear the side effects I was experiencing was the same as the description my sis gave when she was telling me how she felt when she was giving up smoking! 😮 Lol. I’m not massively fat but I am overweight, have loads of lovely clothes I can’t wear due to excess rolls and have no confidence. But more importantly I’ll be 40 in a few years time and I worry about diabetes, plus I am epileptic so that’s always on my mind. Me and my sister have both agreed we didn’t have the best influence growing up as our mother never encouraged healthy eating/ exercise and would just fling chocolate or biscuits at us to shut us up so maybe it is partly a habit that’s hard to break but could it be a mineral that I am missing without realising? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! 😉

      @@eligo3143 That's super unhelpful, thx. I tried a 3 day water fast to break sugar addiction, and afterwards literally ate donuts from the garbage.
      It was one of my lowest points.
      Now I can't even fast like that, because I'm nursing. I only do 15-16 hour daily fasts, which don't help the cravings at all.

    Hi there...
    Is it possible to have EVERY Kind Of Belly??? I seem to fit ALL of these except alcohol.
    Do you do personal consults??? If so... how much $? I Need Help... I need to get a coach. Or, Something. Idk.

    I'm post menopausal & just barely stopped hrt (Prempro) after a year (due to increased cancer risk) and went to evening primrose oil...
    But, I Did also over indulge (emotional/stress & craving eating) this past year. 😔
    But not anymore.
    I'm caring for both of my parents 1 with dementia and 1 with cognitive decline & a sibling with mental illness. My life is Crazy stressful.
    I've given up all of my favorite foods and basically live off of chicken or fish and veg. Almost nothing processed (except whey protien drinks).
    I'm also dealing with a health crisis post Covid (Long Haulers/Dysautonomia, etc). I'm now in therapy to cope better... but still frustrated. I've tried Almost Everything.
    So... yeah.
    Just... the weirdest thing is... I seem to have Every Type of belly, except the alcohol belly because of epilepsy (is that even possible??? Every Type of belly???). 😳
    I'm intermittent fasting... 14 fasting, 10 feeding (Keto/low carb), and no junk, no sugars (including hidden-sugars ie:maltodextrin even alcohol sugars), HIIT workouts 3x a week, and s-l-o-w-l-y losing pounds (about 1 pound a week). But my Butt is Hyuge and so is my belly... and it's Only getting Worse.
    Strangely, in spite of my changes, I've gone UP in clothing size?!?
    I'm working like Crazy, but seeing No positive changes in appearance in spite of my diet, exercise and other changes for the past 90 days. 😕
    I'm frustrated beyond belief and feel So Alone and Defective. My Dr has no answers and won't check my hormone levels. Says "...it's not a thing."
    Idk Which problem is mine exactly or how to address it.
    I'm downloading your info and will be getting your books this week.
    I'm just... Super Confused... and Super Frustrated. I Don't have a clue what I'm doing wrong.

      Period irregularity can be due to so many reasons that it would be unlikely that a low carb diet would cause it, however a highly resistive low calorie diet may
