A CNA ladder program would be relevant too as it encourages CNAs to provide exceptional patient care while gaining new skills and/or continuing their education to become licensed nurses, nurse practitioners, and even physicians. I'm a Biology Pre-Med major and I recently became a CNA and licensed Pharmacy Technician in GA.
