Back in 1999 after inviting some of us muso students to his show in Liverpool, Mark King filmed a skit for our final Uni performance. Welcoming, gregarious, hilarious and WHAT a musician. One Man is one of my all time favourite songwriter albums. Legend.

Before Covid-19, Creative Industries in the UK generated around £33billion. It is a disgrace how everyone has been treated and in many cases, made poor through losing everything.

Mark doesn't tell you to Fuck off if you turn up at his house - He just says 'Get off my Land' :-) - He was a true Gent to myself and son when I took my Bands Album (YCB) down to him ala 'Lenny White' Stylee. He even offered round his mint imperials. True Gent and a true Musical legend of mine.
