So rookie mistake number 3 after the "paint test" if you do have an adverse reaction and the entire soffit and gutter boards, etc are painted what do you do? Refuse the job?

What’s up brotha! Help a rookie that’s having trouble getting oil stains out of concrete. I have a great degreaser but not a hot water pressure washer, which I know helps. Any tips on getting them out of driveways or dumpster pads without a hot water system?

Wish I saw this before my roof cleaning job on Monday. #4 hit home for sure. I hit a moss covered roof with a hot mix and my expectations were it was going to die out quickly like algae. I gotta figure out how to re-adjust my clients expectations now that it's going to take 30-60 days for that to die out instead of the week or so I told him initially

The first roof I did was with supermarket bleach and Dawn, a 1 to 1 ratio, in a five-gallon bucket sprayed from a 4-gallon electric back sprayer. Let me tell you, it was like an all-day affair. So, I am currently buying and building a wash system. That job took 10 gallons of bleach. It came out great but way to slow..

I think a 5th rookie mistake is saying yes to every job, these 🤡 need to learn to say no to jobs too big for beginners. Start small and basic and grow your services as you master them one by one.

We all on this business to make money and most importantly we all run into different challenges everyday out in the field. I love acquiring new skills and learning new things and the different ways individuals do things. Love this video. Keeping each other out of the gray area and staying safe out on the field should always be the objective.
