No, I use reduced pressure.
800 quid lol. almost doing the job for free.
had a quote here in sweden to our roof. about 200m2. 4 grand sterling. no way i'm paying that ffs. almost finished doing ours myself. having a few days rest. damn hard work up on the roof for 8 hours non stop
There does seem to be some people saying silly prices. It is hard work though.
@@aemackintosh oh yes. you boys earn your money alright. you do a great job and i bet you're snowed under with work.
good lad keep the cash coming for your family. no excuse to be out of work is there.
just do as you have done and start your own buisness. i did the same when i lived in london
How do you ask a client can you use there water?
I say: “would it be ok to use your outside tap?”
@@aemackintosh easy as that 😂. Starting up my own business just in the saving period at the minute to buy everything. Thanks for the reply.
I wish you all the best with your plans.👍🏼
how long did that job take to complete mate?
Watch to the end of the video and you’ll find out.
Shouldnt you check inside the loft before and after carrying out the work. A small ingress of water pressure penetrating under the tiles could mean a stained ceiling inside a room which needs a ceiling repaint or touch up.
but yes its worthwhile roof cleaning and you do a good job.
We use a very specific setup with reduced pressure so that we don’t harm the surface. There is no risk of water coming in if the roof is sound. Not all contractors are as careful as we are.
Love your videos by the way! I’m in Nz and purchased a water fed pole after watching your videos but it just fly all over the show.!! It’s unhinged.!!
You need to turn the machine down
Thanks! Glad you find the videos useful. A good rigid pole can make a big difference. 😉👍🏼
Does the £8 cover everything or is that for each stage of the clean scraping pressure washing and then treatment?
I include the clean up and biocide treatment as part of the job. Added value.😉👍🏼
Good job
Thanks.👍🏼
@3:21 and @6:56 You forgot to clean the edge of the roof (left side of image). The fungus there could easily spread to the roof and grow back.
The whole roof is treated with biocide to kill any organic growth left in the surface and helps prevent it coming back so quickly.
Donde compras todo esas herramientas para comprar yo
When cleaning this roof did u use an electric machine or a fuel machine
Petrol pressure washer.
