Looks easy enough. I've never worked with resin to date. I do want to try it. Someone either in the U.K. or Australia, said resin will not stick to electrical tape. She used it on canvas and it worked really well.
Could this technique be used to remove the resin drips from the underside of ceramic coasters? I really want to try it. I used various tapes, masking the entire bottom of the coasters and the resin still gets into places. Thanks for the tip.
@@DesignedByKathy resin won't stick to aluminum tape, either. The drawback to masking the bottom of all the coasters is that requires a lot of time. And it seems that the resin can pool at the place where the foil tape and coaster meet. I'm hoping to coat a set of coasters soon and use your method.

I have not tried electrical tape myself - I'll give that a try!

I'm thinking yes it can! I've definitely got more projects I want to try it on. Thank you!
