Over the years of following you, i never understood the rationale of your drop sets. You say 1 drop set of 8 and then 8. But wouldn't that technically mean two dropsets 8 reps per each?

On Saturday but if you don't train on Saturday then change Shoulders to Tuesday and do light shoulders and arms on Friday together
