      Chest was dumbbell press from light to heavy and then from heavy to light..the bench 8/5 close to wide

      If you want to really focus on growth in that muscle group, twice a week is way more effective for a period of time.

    @mrdamienpatrick If I train back on Monday, chest on Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, shoulders on Thursday and arms on Friday - what day would you recommend I do a 2nd shoulder day?

      On Saturday but if you don't train on Saturday then change Shoulders to Tuesday and do light shoulders and arms on Friday together

    Over the years of following you, i never understood the rationale of your drop sets. You say 1 drop set of 8 and then 8. But wouldn't that technically mean two dropsets 8 reps per each?

      8 reps then DROP the weight and 8 more reps...That is one drop set
