I have that exact system but want to replace with something modern. Is there something simple I can swap to but still using the current wiring? Some with WIFI would be amazing
I should do a video on this. For now, answer to your question is yes. Find out the color of wire that is marked as "C" or common on your old system. It's typically white in color. All other colors that are connected will be for different zones. For example, 3 zones will have 4 wires connected (3 zones plus common). Take photos of how wires are connected. Disconnect all the wires and reconnect to the new controller using the photo as reference. Plug in, program and ready to go. The same installation steps for WIFI also.
Can you make a short video how to set it manually? I used to be able to run each zone automatically but someone messed up the setting and now i have to turn on each zone separately. Thank you!
You have four starting times. 1A, 1B, 2A and 2 B. If run duration for each zone is longer than the next starting time, it will appear to be running two or more times continously. Try selecting only program A and only 1A starting time. Rest, turn it off.
Hi, sir, my timer control kept going to show "5" and "on". Not show clock or day 1, etc. what is going on? If you know why, please let me know. Thanks.
