  • A Florida deputy notified the state attorney's office about an incident that happened Thursday where XXXTentacion murder suspect Trayvon Newsome made comments towards co-defendant Robert Allen as he was being transported into the courthouse. 'You're working with the white man now," Newsome allegedly said harassing Allen, who confirmed that the incident happened when asked later in court.

Projection, guilt, shame, and lack of self-regulation skills to process the trauma of what he committed. He’s angry, insecure, violent, and defeated.
They rode around robbing people, if not to prove to society that they are “powerful”, then to prove it to each other. The very people they “trained” with, happened to include a Judas. But the Judas in this case, although still greedy, told the truth.
For someone who is corrupted by power, he needs someone to blame, because if he’s accountable for what he’s done, he knows he will hate himself. Then everyone who judged him before this crime (which could include his family, teachers, strangers, etc.. bc he apparently didn’t live a stable life) would’ve been right all along, even the ones who judged him wrongly. He will have to face the work of accepting himself (would be very difficult) and sifting out everyone he’s hurt and everyone who just didn’t like him.
What he did what’s absolutely without a doubt inexcusable, unethical, and deserving of prison, but the philosophy of his mindset is evident. It’s tragic all the way around.

Even though he definitely took part in it, he was very clearly the least active in it, he even got the smallest amount of cash out of it, which proves even from the suspects point of view he didn’t even do much. According to Robert, Dedrick didn’t want to give him anything at all, but Michael decided to give him $5k out of his own loot. Personally I hope he does not have to spend his life in prison for this. I think somewhere around 15 years for Robert is reasonable. Life or the death penalty for all 3 others

I've never seen a burial place so beautiful. They didn't just take his money, they honored him and did him right. With that said, this young man didn't deserve this. He was only 20 years old, still trying to find out what he was meant to be. At 20 a young person's mind is not even developed fully yet. No look at these bozos, they are young as well and will spend the rest of their lives in jail or they will get the death penalty. I often wonder, where folks like this come from, who raised them to where they want to rob people and take what they got and perhaps shoot them, kill them for their stuff. That would never be my kid but if it were, he'd be there alone without me.

That couldn't be considered a direct threat as it was a comment purely based on the perception of an individual perspective. I have personally heard that the specific term "snitch" can be associated as a word of which can incite violence (when an individual is determined to be one), but Treyvon allegedly phrased this labeling twice, both of which at least did not include the word snitch anyways. Robert converted this interpretation into the word "snitch", before making any mention of a threat being involved. And although Robert did mention in the end that he interpreted this as a " little bit" of a threat... it would seem to be most proper to refer to this alleged name-calling as potentially (or perhaps, maybe even probably depending on a combination of to what degree could such a verbal interaction incite violence and how much leverage there is to potentially harm Robert during incarceration) an indirect or inadvertent threat.

Words are not spoken in a vacuum. Context matters. Considering the circumstances of the case and how common it is for witnesses to be targeted by inmates, it very well can be interpreted as a threat against his life. The jury gets to decide whether or not it was a threat and I do not believe they will take kindly to that kind of behavior. Same goes for the judge
