- A man who testified against three former friends who murdered rising rap star XXXTentacion during a robbery five years ago will spend the next two years in prison, a judge ruled Wednesday.

He got 7 years with time served. He's already served 5. Good time is 85% of the sentence. Even without protective custody, he'll find a way to be good.

I'm not gonna argue with this decision. Seems appropriate for the situation at hand. This guy stayed in the car the whole time. He's not cut for that lifestyle. He's one of the few people that can benefit from a second chance. Can't say the same for the other 3 suspects. Those dudes are a lost cause.

Im a big x Fan but Some people might be mad at this sentence but im fairly okay with it. you have to Realize Allen didn't pull the trigger nor get out of the truck and also was not the driver. Then he even apologized in court and told them everything happened the day of the robbery . As for the other 3 , they smiled and laughed in court like they didn't have any remorse or feelings about what they did whatsoever, so the other 3 got what they asked for but Allen did in court what we wanted which was the truth

Us X fans Can have different opinions but we should all forgive Allen for his actions even though he didn’t pull the trigger or anything but was involved in the robbery but to his court cases saying he doesn’t want anything to do with it but now that he told the court everything an hearing he’s tryna better himself we should all forgive him if not that’s fine but at least he had the guts to come forward to the court.

I'm a 59 year old man of God, and i never knew anything about XXXTentacion until this week while scrolling through RUclips. I heard some of his music since, and this case. Its so sad how he lost his young life. Such a tragedy all the way around. My God why did they have to kill him for some money, smh. Rip young man!🙏

I hope he gets it together after this. I’ve been to jail, been in the street life, I’ve turned down pleas in exchange for snitching. I used to think snitching was one of the worst thing you could possibly do, but now my life is changed. It’s the right thing to do. Be honest, up front, especially if you didn’t agree with what your co defendants were doing and you grievanced their actions prior to committing the crime, by all means snitching is the best thing you can do. Good for him.

Or did he say he didn't want no part of it now that his co-defendants or not in the courtroom? Because when I was following this I did not hear him say that you didn't want no parts of it. I don't see what I need him to testify they have videos of all for them with the money. He should have got 10 to 15. He may have not gotten half the money but he got something and he was there when the killing took place.

His situation is so easy to get caught up in. If you're in a gang due to environmental circumstances (living in a gang infested neighborhood), you may be asked to drive somewhere with the idea that you're just committing a robbery, but your comrades may have other plans in mind. And then sometimes, you may be asked to drive without any knowledge of what's going to take place in general. So hopefully this is a life lesson for him that he will be able to recover from. He's definitely going to have to be placed into PC so that he will be able to survive in prison. But at least he only has to serve 2 more years.

Because he is the only one who pled GUILTY AND testified against the other 3. He was the best witness for the state. And he did the LEAST in the murder/robbery. 7 years but he already did 5 so he will be home in 1-2 years + 20 years probation so he has to behave otherwise, back in jail.
When he get out, he can get a Podcast and support himself stories about the intricate facts of the case that were not made public, stories of prison time, gang violences, etc. So he will be ok.
