I have seen her several times on the East coast with my wife, and separate shows with each of my sons. I am flying to Vancouver B.C. to see her with my daughter. At 71 years old I have seen and heard many artists, and she can command and hold an audience like no one else I have seen. If you haven't seen her and her band live, you need to. Life is too short not to!
Totally agree. I am 64 yrs old and have many concerts under my belt. But after hearing her I flew to Atlanta for a birthday present to myself (May 9) and saw her again in Dallas. Awesome!
I found an old video on RUclips with Sierra Ferrell back in 2010 performing in a band called 600 IBS of Sin with the song called 29. Check it out. ruclips.net/video/pVPTYr3zDc8/видео.htmlsi=s59CQDY9btk9jOLJ
That guitar playing is what’s up! Digging this version so much! I’m not sure anyone emotes quite like Sierra. Sometimes I listen and feel 4 different emotions in a single note. So good. So very good. Keep doing that thing Precious!! Because you are spreading joy with every note you sing (and play!!). 💖💖💖
"Dollar Bill Bar" is a just about as good as it gets for a honky-tonk country song from a female's perspective. Kudos to Sierra and Melody Wallace for crafting this masterpiece!
Was at a War and Treaty show tonight. Saw a Sierra Ferrell shirt. The discussion quickly turned to how Sierra is a such a pure artistic talent! And we're here for it! ❤
I love Sierra's last album and I bought it on vinyl, because i need to HAVE it. Listnening to it on the "cloud" doesn't cut it for me, this absurdidly talented and experienced artist and performer compelles me to comit to her music in a real, material way. I would gladly buy an alternate version of everything with just Sierra, the soft thunder of her voice and her guitar. Although that might be too much to ask, thou. Just one of these alternate, bare versions of "I Wish you Well" would be AMAZING. Some Lennon chops in that one, Sierra is an incredible songwriter.
She can turn insights into past pains and bad decisions into something beautiful with no apologies or self pity, just maturity and talent, hard work and authenticity. Come a long ways in six years. What a gem.
She should definitely cover The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down, In Tall Buildings, and so many others! "Over You" the way Betty Buckley sang it in the country music film (one way to put it), "Over You" from the film Tender Mercies!
She always sounds better by herself in my opinion. But I've been listening to her since back when we both lived in Charleston, back when she was just a busker on the street. So I'm biased lol
@@TYTY-mi1uo Dear TYTY-mi1uo, my envy of you, you knowing her from way back, borders on hatred! jk 'Coz I only 1st heard Sierra Ferrell's "Bells Of Every Chapel" on YT about 2 years ago, the "Bells Of Every Chapel" where Sierra Ferrell throws in a haunting fragment of Tim O'Brien's "The Garden" maybe it's "There's a Place in the Garden" btw check out - uploaded by "Austin" live @ The Detour, Port Townsend, Washington, from 2016. Makes me wonder how many different songs she has performed over the years? It's gonna be many, many, many songs! Many.
Thank you sierra, following you since you launched the Rose Mary with GemsOnVHS, thank you for years of great music and good feelings. Greetings from Colombia, South America.
Sweet! You are a treasure Sierra. Congratulations on your phenomenal new album and the well deserved recognition you have earned. I love the band and especially now I think adding the drummer gives the music real gravitas and 'presence.' Wishing you and the boys continued success and good health!
I have always loved the older style of singers, Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings, Andrew Sisters and others. I adored their original voices. More of storytelling than anything artificial or pitch perfect. Never thought I'd find a 21 century artist who made me feel the way they did. Glad I was wrong. You're quickly becoming a favorite. ❤
Love you and your music Miss Sierra. Been following you since 2018 on Utube. Been a long ride from your Rock and Roll days with 600 lbs. Of Sin, through your Street Busking across the Country. And now a big Musical Star! Saw you in Phoenix and at Marty Stuarts Show at the Ryman June of 23. I knew the first time I heard you sing you were going to be a huge Star! Such a courageous and talented Woman. Hope you can make it up to Show low Arizona sometime for a show.❤❤❤ Happy Birthday.... Sweet Sierra ❤
I saw you (stumbled upon you) singing with John C. Reilly, then I saw you on the Opry, then I downloaded some of your songs… now this popped up, and I just love ya, lady. You are genuine.
God tier performance. Control for the sake of the beauty of the thing is magnificent to watch with this one, good god...as the famous Anderson Paak once said, "you know how hard it is to play that low?"....
Love Her, she’s the REAL DEAL, no fuss, no gimmicks and no pretending with this girl, just her and an Acoustic and that’s all she needs, and that’s it and she’s got IT ..The Real Thing 👊🎸🇺🇸🌞⭐️🌞
Just discovered you today after work, this is good stuff. I really dig your sound. Beautiful voice. Hope you play a show in Omaha. Keep going!! Rock on!!
This version reminds me of Neil Young's acoustic guitar playing from the late 60's and the 70's. Bright, crisp, not overly complex and so melodic. Puts me in a trance. My favourite version of this track!
She’s the real fucking deal man. So pure and authentic. Protect this woman at all costs.

Hell yeah, I’m traveling from northern BC to the Vancouver show too!
Went over from Victoria and was truly impressed with her long, energenic performance and her devoted, screaming fans.
Totally agree. I am 64 yrs old and have many concerts under my belt. But after hearing her I flew to Atlanta for a birthday present to myself (May 9) and saw her again in Dallas.
Awesome!
Saw her recently in Raleigh. Pure musical magic!!

Her vocal control is insane. One of the top female country singers ever, IMO.
wait until you find casandra lewis
Patsy, Tammy, Loretta, Sierra
Currently , this the sound that defines what Americountry should sound like in its purest form.
No contest.
Agreed ❤

The stories she tells so effortlessly, the originality in her voice, the softness... luv your music, Sierra 🤠
She is getting better and better
Agreed!!! That little riff was FIRE 🔥
💯 She just continues to grow. I love it and feel fortunate for the experience.
I totally agree with you!! Every year it's like wow dang!!! Sign of a true artist.
This is Sierra at her best, her and her guitar, just the way this very talented young lady started, doesn't get any better than this 👍😊💕

This girl sure can tell a story while playing guitar.

There has never been anyone else like Sierra Ferrell, the queen of Country Music
Bs and neverr heard of her.
😅😅
She reminds me of an early Lorett Lynn or Patsy Cline. Great voice and great songs that make you feel the feelings.
Kinda pumped that Sierra is here in my lifetime blessing it with her music
I'm a simple man, I see Sierra and her guitare I click on the video and put a thumbs up before it even start !
Same

Yes sir 😂🙌🏻
Same here. No disappointment in that mash.
Absolutely
A timeless sound that my soul yearns for.
This is my favourite Sierra. Just her amazing voice and her guitar. Simply mesmerising
Sierra, I am looking forward to the day when you have all these country boys guest starring on YOUR album!!! 💚 Keep going! ⭐
Just got up in my truck in Norfolk England and this pops up. Beautiful chillaxed way to start the day. An anti road rage song😂
She can turn insights into past pains and bad decisions into something beautiful with no apologies or self pity, just maturity and talent, hard work and authenticity. Come a long ways in six years. What a gem.
She’s my favourite. such a great voice.
It just hit me how good she would’ve sounded with The Band. Especially with Levon Helm.
The Night They Drove Ol’ Dixie Down.

Evangeline...would've been the best musical piece ever written, no disrespect to Emmy Lou, it is still one of the best.
I do love to see great artists collaborate. Twilight would be my pick. The war hawks are getting ready to draft and send more kids off to war.

I WILL go see her live in concert one day.
She's on tour now, you should check!
Saw her in a small bar in south Florida last year. One of the best shows I've seen and she hung around after and played pool with us.
I've seen her twice. Do not miss her.
Amazing! Love the acoustic sets Sierra! Keep them coming! ❤️
So beautiful
Every syllable a drop of pure joy and love.
Love theses alternative versions. Keep them coming.

I watched this on Xbox 7 minutes after it was uploaded. I love it and have watched on repeat for almost an hour

Sierra is class. Hope she tours in the UK next year
Crusty old Brit guy here. Love Sierra - she's the Real Deal. 😍
She's really an American gem. Some are too good to be appreciated the way they should...
Thank You, Sierra, for sharing your soulful musical gifts with us 💝 Your album ‘Trail of Flowers’ is solid gold 🌟
A masterpiece of a song, and a Master storyteller of Americana. What a gift to all of us who know who Sierra is!
I’m obsessed with her voice. She seems to vocally be a hybrid of Ella Fitzgerald, Dolly, and maybe a little Emmylou too. What a gift she is!!!
Best music video! 🎥: That’s a print. 🏆
in addition to her talent as a writer and singer, you never know what Sierra's gonna look like. such goodness
That voice.
Wow.
The voice control...her tone...her phrasing.....amazing.....I do think this may be her best written song ....not my favorite, but her perfect song
What a heartfelt song
Always delivering the goods
Simply fantastic. See you down the road.
Thank you for kicking ass at Floydfest. Your music is truly a super power.

Love this version, Sierra and her guitar, jammin alone 😎 👌

Well there’s one thing for sure and that is Sierra Ferrell has ‘got what it takes’ to write and to sing REALLY fine songs. She’s something else.
Reminds me of the buskers in Ireland and England! Beautiful!
I could comment a thousand times, and never say the right words to describe this song 😘
Lovely thanks you !!! :)

My goodness 😮. Absolutely blown away. Amazing.
This world could learn a thing or two from this lady.
Incredible!!
Her voice and the sound of that Gibson Hummingbird is just perfect!👍
It’s a J-200. The hummingbirds behind it
I agree that she and the guitar sounds great, however I believe it's an SJ-200.
Just discovered you today after work, this is good stuff. I really dig your sound. Beautiful voice. Hope you play a show in Omaha. Keep going!! Rock on!!
Damn… Sierra is great. I knew she played guitar but I didn’t know she was that good. She can hold her own.
Hanging out in the transit mall and town center mall in Charleston wv with Sierra back in the day
Yes girl. This is what we need. Just you and that guitar.
Brilliant, as always.
I like the soft lighting on this one
This version reminds me of Neil Young's acoustic guitar playing from the late 60's and the 70's. Bright, crisp, not overly complex and so melodic. Puts me in a trance. My favourite version of this track!
WOW! Acustic and down tuned, perfection.

Im in Love with all of this lady! What a set up! Tools ya need to make a new fool every day
I love the faster pace singing compared to some of your older songs. Sounds amazing
Incredible. Her body of work and what she's done, how she's sacrificed and gave all to her craft... already makes her legendary
Ah she is really good. Really coming along. Nice job on that tune.
A voice right into my sad-lucky part of my heart. Thank you for your art ❤

Always badass and top-notch - cheers
