American Dreaming became my comfort song on repeat the last day I was abroad. I've never been a particularly patriotic person, but being away from home made me realize how much I appreciate my country and its diverse cultures. I especially yearn for the country, both the natural untamed wilds and country/folk music, that seem to transport me to my childhood and remind me just how American I truly am. Thanks Sierra for helping me feel connected to home when i was feeling anxious and alone in another country
