🔸Onion _ 1 pc
🔸Carrot _ 1 pc
🔸White cabbage _ 1/4
🔸500 grams of minced meat
🔸Garlic _ 2 pcs
🔸Chopped coriander _ 1 spoon
🔸Salt, red and black pepper
🔸Paprika powder (or curry spice)
🔸Oil
🌼Ingredients for the sauce:

🔸1 carrot
🔸Red paprika _ 1 pc
🔸Grated tomatoes - 4 pcs
🔸Sour cream - 5 spoons (or normal cream or yogurt)
🔸Salt, black pepper

You can skipp everything but the meat salt and curry powder,,,the curry is all you'll taste anyhow,,,unfortunately, I don't see the ingredients flavors marrying to compliment each other, just a jumble of edibles,,,i can't see a culinary composition,,,an experiment? Is more like it. There is no presentation either, a dish should have distinct flavor, eye appeal and repeatability as well as a quick prep time.
Curry is a very powerful seasoning,,,red and cream sauces should not made into a pink sauce, develope the red sauce and a cream sauce to compliment each other, like the sauces used with caneloni or moussaka,,,
