And this was when they had only released their first 2 full-length albums so it wasn't like they had as many songs released in total. I'll be honest I definitely think it was because it was in the middle of the week and was so many actual kids there that was disrespectful assholes and thought it was fun to do a mosh pit and I'll be honest if someone didn't get an injury that they'd have do deal with for the rest of their life because of it I'll be genuinely surprised. I'm not going to enjoy one of my all time favourite bands and wanting to get another serious injury so in a way I do respect their choice of finishing early if it was because of that but still I wanted to actually enjoy more songs. Bullet For My Valentine has been one of those life changing or life altering bands that I’ve been listening to for a while. First discovered them when I was in high school and ever since I’ve been a big fan of this band.
First time I heard this song was the first time I watched the video, and I have to admit, it put a tear in my eye. Being a father of 2 girls there would be no end to the lengths I would go to find their killer.....
If I could give some advice to add to your metal experience, which may be the part that makes it the best style of music, after you doing a song you like, go back and try to just listen to the music. Like what each instrument is doing. Really try to listen to all the nuances and the details. Sometimes lyrics can ruin really good songs and they're just a puzzle piece of the whole picture. An important piece, but just a piece. Welcome to the good side of actual music Man where musicians are some of the most talented out there. When you can start to feel and hear the instruments tell the story of the song is when the real magic happens. But youre in the first stage, well second stage actually when your immediate feelings dictate your experience and opinion. We all go through at least 3 stages anytime we listen to a new song. In this genre anyway. You made it past the 1st stage though and that's the most difficult one. That would be the vocals. It's the first thing we all hear because it's the easiest to differentiate and people who don't like metal it's almost always because they can't get past the first stage. They hear someone screaming or yelling and they immediately let that dictate their opinions onthe whole genre of metal and assume that every band is the same and jumps to conclusions about what they're about as well as the people who like it. So kudos man. It takes multiple listens to hear the details. I live this song and at first it was because it was catchy and I fell in love with the lyrics but you're right, it can be hard to listen to those lyrics everyday. But once you can appreciate the musicianship and details you can rock out to it all day long. I would recommend the acoustic version though just because it's very powerful. Cheers!
I'm a passionate metal listener as well, have been for segveral decades, but it is by no means "the good side of actual music". it may sound weird to you, but in terms of details and talent, many other genres simply shit on metal.
I've seen your evolution from stopping bobbing your head to knowing subconsciously what's coming next with there being no music playing I love it. That's metal my friend. Let me show you breakdowns veil of maya , after the burial, abiogenesis 👈👈👈👈. If you want something as fast as tech 9 my favorite band Archspire involuntary doppelganger lyric video.
already saw a few people say it but man it sucks the video version is edited, missing out the second solo and riff extensions. If i were to suggest some BFMV songs that arent edited I'd say Scream Aim Fire, Your Betrayal, Don't Need you and if you can find the version of Waking The Demon where the original screams were added back into the music video then that one too
I grew up blasting this music on the daily, listen to scream, aim, fire, the last fight, room 409, hearts burst into fire(your girl will love it) the poison, full album, omg i love them so much

Lionheart please! I love Bury Tomorrow, such an underrated band.
I feel like you should listen to Breaking Benjamin - Red Cold River! Who's with me? :D
First time I heard this song was the first time I watched the video, and I have to admit, it put a tear in my eye. Being a father of 2 girls there would be no end to the lengths I would go to find their killer.....
Yess
Yes indeed!!!
Love your reactions man, you're definitely a metalhead now, please react to as I lay dying - "my own grave"
Alex listen to Trivium In waves :3
Angel Muñoz more like kirisute gomen
The Cat Guru of course but doesn’t have an official video
ayo, im listening to this 3 years later, i have so much respect for you, you dont even know.. u a GOAT!!!!!
Since they just reformed, react to AS I LAY DYING’ amazing band, and have a read of their history, especially Tim Lambesis.
first listen to "no lungs to breathe", then read bio, then listen to the song again and understand the point.
Tim Lambesis is a piece of shit.
Mo Lester listen to their new song, My own Grave
Why support someone who wanted to murder his wife?
You should not encourage he support a band whose lead singer literally plotted to kill his own wife!
Fred France as a Minnesota man I second after the burial
Vote for archspire 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I can definitely relate to this song. Everything I do falls to pieces. I also happen to like Bullet for my Valentine
You should check out the song Jenny by Nothing More. It may have made me cry the first time I listened to it.
such a good song, the acoustic version is so good too.
already saw a few people say it but man it sucks the video version is edited, missing out the second solo and riff extensions. If i were to suggest some BFMV songs that arent edited I'd say Scream Aim Fire, Your Betrayal, Don't Need you and if you can find the version of Waking The Demon where the original screams were added back into the music video then that one too
This was My favorite song for a long time good to see you react to it
Little peace of heaven by avenge seven fold plz watch the original video lol

With tears dont fall began a terrible time of my life when I left school and failed school. Tears dont fall was my first song in this genre I heard and so began my love to Bullet For My Valentine.
