It appears from several comments(thanks for the input) that there may be some updated wiring in newer houses that might change your connections to not match my description. My house was built in 1999 and my description of the way I wired this appliance has worked flawlessly for years. NO flipped breakers, NO burned wires/connectors, NO dryer fires and still works like new. PLEASE CONTACT A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN IF YOU ARE UNSURE. The ground wire that is connected to the middle terminal block needs to be removed per manual not left on! If using a 3 wire cord then it stays on

Yes red is suppose to be where black is and black is suppose to be where red is i just did wat u showed on the video. And it didnt work. So i put red where black is. And black where red is. And it worked. But thanks gor trying to show us pplz how to do it

It might be possible to short the sensor/lock mechanism and bypass it...but definitely not recommended. Thanks for watching!

there is a lid lock? what you can't open it to add an item of clothing? :(
