It's always neat seeing places that have fallen into disrepair and been left behind. The mall I grew up near used to be so awesome in the 90s, but now is half empty and on the verge of closing. It's fascinating to see but also sad.

I’ve gone to Big Lots for years! I still go, I love that store! Ours moved as well it was off of Westnedge avenue near the Meijer in a plaza, now they moved into the old Toys R Us building on Westnedge. We have an Ollie’s in the plaza where Big Lots used to be now here in Kalamazoo.

I used to love to go to big lots when it was the old big lots in the plaza, it was a lot different from the big lots now that they have out in Lakeview near Walmart. That entire plaza is very sad seeing it falling down and declining, remembering when I was a kid it was such a happy and busy place. Now it’s just barely holding on.😔😣

Used to really love going to big lots when I was a little kid. Mom loved finding cheap gluten-free flour and rice noodles, dad loved the snacks, I used to find new stuff from time to time, like snacks or room decor. The thing is that you never know what they’ll have when you go there. No idea if they’re still the same, haven’t stepped into one since 2009/2010.
