It was in business for so long . Bigger stores like Lowe’s and Menards may have had something to do with it as well as the people who ran it may it may have just decided it was time to close up shop; I don’t know.
Just like so many other buildings and businesses in battle Creek, we’re quickly becoming a ghost town except for of course the expensive apartments downtown and other select businesses ; Downtown was supposed to be affordable housing built and never was done, and of course the massive stores that I have moved in out there on Beckley Road. Except for Lakeview Square, Mall, which is nearly empty that part of town seems to be growing somewhat. Very sad very sad. Saying prayers for our struggling town these days

Here is what I learned from this video...
1. The hardware store went out of business
2. It is very sad
3. They left some things in the building
4. They should have passed the torch
The owners tried to find a buyer but no luck on finding a buyer, They also left pet cleaner and few phones.
Also wished one of there grandkids or someone from the family would have kept it open,

Focus on your camera was blurry. Couldn't see the fan on the wall you were referencing. Maybe try a manual setting? Think the camera was trying to focus on the reflections on the window.
