That's so kind of you! I love this pattern as well. I have been working on this throw blanket for a while now (off and on) but I'm still not finished with it as yet :)
Thank you so much for this clear and understandable video!!! I've been so excited to try this beautiful stitch but was unable to understand the instructions..thank you!!
You're very welcome. I'm one of your subscribers and that's how I seen your video. Just thought I'd let you know as I sort of thought you're not aware there is English video. Fair play to you for picking up on Bianca's video and doing it in English. Not finding fault for you did well now but if possible keep your hands nearer your camera like you do when you're showing joining the cluster. Love the writing instructions up at the top. You should do tutorial of this in different colours did you see the coloured cushion Bianca does with this popcorn. You're very gifted with the hook.Bianca uses I think a thicker wool.Thank you for your time. Take Care Ann Marie Murphy ( From Ireland )
Bianca's Crochet Palace did her video of this popcorn square in ENGLISH on the 9th April 2019. I had asked her to do the video in English and she obliged and did it. I don't know if you are aware of this. Her English video is a brilliant close up of her hands and in multiple colours. So easy to follow. Take a look at her English video. She talks us through it. She also has a Dutch Video which I'd originally watched and asked her to do it in English. Just in case you're not aware there is an English video. Ann Marie Murphy ( From Ireland )
Oh, lol! That's great. I didn't realize she also had an English version!! Well, it's a great stitch and I'm loving my blanket. I'm glad I found her video. Thank you for giving me the heads up.
Popcorn stitch has been around since I learned to crochet (45+ years ago) , probably longer than that. I think the pattern is probably new and unique. I’ve never seen it done from the center. It’s cute and probably super snuggly.
No!!! I'm actually still working my way through this blanket, SLOWLY, because I got distracted with other projects. I have no idea what to use as a border when I'm done. If you think of something nice let me know ;)
I’m enjoying making this, thanks to your easy instructions! I have seen a couple of crocheted rib borders that look nice. If I find them again, I’ll send the link!
So I began by making a slip knot and putting it on my hook, then made 7 chains, then slip stitched back into the very first chain that I created. That is what creates the ring that all the popcorn clusters will build off of. That initial ring does not need to be synched closed since it is not a magic circle. Is that what you are referring to?
You can do the pattern however suits you. I was simply making an English version of the stitch in case anyone wanted that after watching the other lady's video.
I love this so much , thank you for the English version ,you make it very clear to follow ❤
Beautiful project. Great instructions. Many thanks.

Very beautyfull!!!!
Thank you!!!
What size hook did you use
I wonder what this would look like as just granny squares instead of increasing rows?

No tiene subtítulos en español?😔
Are you doing a ch 4 between every cluster or only in the corners?
The is a chain of 4 between every cluster - along the sides and at the corners as well :)
Hi, great video! Any thoughts on a border?
No!!! I'm actually still working my way through this blanket, SLOWLY, because I got distracted with other projects. I have no idea what to use as a border when I'm done. If you think of something nice let me know ;)

이쁘다💕😍
Thanks!
Can u please show how u tied the knot in the beginning after my first round I couldn’t close the middle up

Thank u is very nice ! suggest u r closer to camera so that we can c ur work!
Thank you. I will try to do that next time :)
Wouldn't doing 5 double crochet decrease in same spot be more efficient?
