She said you can use regular tap water but the instructions with mine said to use distilled water, and to sweep or vacuum the floor before using the steam mop. Somebody's not telling the truth here.
It’s not a vacuum, it’s a steamer, so vacuum before using it. And yes, use distilled water, it will last you longer and with less issues. Tap water will clog it in time
Just purchased this item, the worst item ever!!!!! Constantly vibrates and knocks throughout the operation and the steam is not constant. It spews out both water and steam intermittently. Steam never reaches high temperature as they claim, I'm able to place my hand through the steam without being scolded?!?!? Worst investment! Stay Clear! I should of listened to friends and family and purchased the H2O X5.

If you use sink water the minerals in the water will clogged up your machine use water bottle water to make it last longer
