I didn't like that, first of all it is very heavy, and parts keep breaking, I hardly used in 3 years and warranty is done, one new part I ordered it is still in packaging but broken button. So I don't know how many times I just keep ordering new parts, and after use always it hurt my thumb. I didn't enjoy using that.
Just purchased this item, the worst item ever!!!!! Constantly vibrates and knocks throughout the operation and the steam is not constant. It spews out both water and steam intermittently. Steam never reaches high temperature as they claim, I'm able to place my hand through the steam without being scolded?!?!? Worst investment! Stay Clear! I should of listened to friends and family and purchased the H2O X5.
