I love how realistically dirty your home is. I’ve been pregnant the past 8 months with my twin boys and I have no energy. Can’t wait to start cleaning my home again when I have my boys in a couple weeks.
I was the same way during my twin pregnancy!! Give yourself some time, you still won’t want to clean when they come 🤣🤣 I’m just now getting back into actually cleaning the house decently and they’re almost 5 months 😅
In the future (to avoid further stains on counters, etc) use a large or a few small trays to place all your items on! Makes cleaning way easier and it looks less cluttered when things are grouped together. 🥳
Glad you came up on my RUclips!! Besides your being so cute, you’re so down to earth and real. Thanks for sharing all these vlogs. My new fave. 🤗 (I’m a 60s something grandma and I don’t have the energy or mobility that you have so it may take me quadruple the time to do what you do. 🤪🏡
SO thankful my husband has shampoo, shower gel and deodorant. Plus toothpaste. And that's it! Just found your vlogs - actually quite motivating and inspiring! I also love how realistic they are - no one lives in a show home all of the time. Thanks for sharing! I'm off to clean....
We also had a corner bench like yours. 😊 Even though our bench had a seat, that rested on top (more like a chest) ... there were crumbs all the time. At some point, my mother glued seals (the one for doors or windows) on the box - part. Mainly because the lid always closed so loudly. But it also solved the "crumb problem". Although ... we only kept board games, painting supplies and my mother's sewing kit in our benches. So a few crumbs weren't that bad anyway.
Hi Mai. LOVE that you talk in your videos and all your explaining. Your channel really stands out even more. :) Your channel is incredible. Instantly subscribed. Hope you had a great weekend. God bless you and your family. All the very best.
This was so satisfying to watch. Not sure what kind of space you have in your dining room, but if you have room for it a landing station for packages, mail, etc. might be super helpful for containing the clutter. Could use some kind of buffet table/cabinet/entryway table or even just a few nice baskets on the floor.
I started watching your videos when I was pregnant with my first born last year, and love watching these cleaning videos! I'm from Texas and will be moving to San Antonio in the next month so your videos are so relatable. I wanted to share a tip my mom taught me with the gas stove; line the stove with foil around the base of the burners, and it's a super easy cleanup!
I really enjoyed watching this video. Thanks for the motivation! By the way, that new rug is pretty & cool that you can clean it in the washing machine!
Hey Mai! Watching you clean and organize is to satisfying! Make sure that bathroom counter disinfectant is safe on your bathroom counter (I think you said it was marble, I took a look at the link for that cleaner and it says that it's safe on non porous surfaces only) We just moved into a new house and we have granite countertops and it is so much more high maintenance than laminate countertops. From what I've read, natural stone, granite, quartz, marble etc - they say you shouldn't use harsh chemicals, acids, disinfectants, on them because it strips the sealant away and can damage your stone countertops. Sucks because I love using disinfectants it's just so satisfying! I always used vinegar and what not previously, but that's a granite no-no. Apparently you're supposed to re-seal your stone countertops every once in awhile to help to repel stains and keep the shiny finish. Natural Stone will stain because it's porous, so yeah definitely use a tray to put bathroom items on. Can you tell I did a bunch of research? Lol 🤣 Trying to do my best not to ruin my new countertops! Also I love the Mindy project! So sad when they ended it! I want a ruggable rug! Let us know how it holds up! It's pricey though!
Consider purchasing a carpet cleaner/heavy duty vac as well if you havent already. Pollen and other allergens live in anything fabric so minimising fabric aka cushions rugs blankets curtains etc so washing them or cleaning them if they cant be washed is the best way. Maybe until pollen season is over you could remove the unnecessary ones like rugs for example
Your videos are so satisfying because your place is truly dirty, and I say that with all love. I watch A LOT of cleaning RUclipsrs and having a sink full of dishes and a few Cheerios on the floor is not a "complete disaster.". Thanks for being realistic!
If you use a pillowcase to clean the fan as in put the blade inside the case and use your hands to bunch it at the opening and press firmly on either side of the fan blade as you pull the pillowcase outward all the dist will be caught inside the pillowcase. Bonus if ypu do this after stripping your bed and using a dirty pillowcase since itll have to be washed anyway.
Also there are electric squeege type window cleaning devices so you dont have to waste time doing all the windows and glass with rags and spray bottle and all that you just take it off the charge and go it does a far better job in my opinion. Work smarter not harder! Its a bit like the difference betweem housing down your pavement and pressure cleaning it.
I felt an inner sense of peace seeing your vacuum lines in your closet
Yes! Me too!
Your videos are so deeply satisfying. Good music, good pace of video.

Happy your husband is feeling better. SORRY to hear about all the allergy stuff. Such a lovely home.

Your furniture and style is so fancy but lowkey. I am taking tips from your house 🏡 for my future house.
Closets are such a daunting task for me but it feels so good when they are organized!

There isn’t a ton of space around the table, but I think if I found a slim cabinet that would def help! Thanks!!
God bless your house/home. I currently live in a 1 bedroom with a crappy parking situation and it’s hard having a almost 4 month old.

I use uniform looking kid hangers for all my pants/jeans. It really sections my closet visually.
That’s a good idea!
LOVED your video!! I was cleaning with you 🎉
I love all of ypur rugs 🙂 I'm looking into purchasing the Ruggable
Just found your channel and subscribed. Looking forward to watching your videos
Bar keepers friend for the rust!
Watching this actually made me look forward to cleaning my house tomorrow lol
Thank you, you're pushing me to get that mop for real

Haha thank you!!! I totally know what you mean. I’m not a fan of watching cleaning of an already clean house lol
Hey. I’m watching while editing. I am in need of some motivation today. Thank you so much for sharing💕💕.
Glad to help with motivation! 🤗
My suggestion for the setting is to put a piece of foam board over the opening to block the crumbs.
These videos make me want to clean but i have been cleaning all week.
😆😆
Love this video, the rug is a great choice! I love that you found the other toddler shoe 👟 😆 🤷🏻♀️ #momlife
I need this today! Thank you! 😀
For rust stains try a baking soda paste and let it sit for half hour then scrub it off.
If you use a pillowcase to clean the fan as in put the blade inside the case and use your hands to bunch it at the opening and press firmly on either side of the fan blade as you pull the pillowcase outward all the dist will be caught inside the pillowcase. That’s a great idea and more cost effective. I’ll have to do that in the other rooms where I can actually reach the ceiling fans :)
Heyy new friend here!! Excited to get some cleaning motivation!!
Welcome! Happy you popped in :)
use the pink stuff for the rust
Hello can I ask you what type of hover you have Please ? Im looking to buy one looks fabulous
Is your floor wood or high quality laminate? I have hardwood floors and wonder if your spinny mop would be okay on them?

What brand is your handheld vacuum?
It’s my shark cordless vac that I have linked in the description. You can remove the vacuum part and add just the small hand held piece
Lime-away cleans calcium, lime and rust
My allergies out of control!!!
If your family is having bad allergies try hiring someone to clear the air ducts and vents.
