- Bambam/Cassava bread is part of the culture of the indigenous people. The Caribs of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and other natives around the country make farine (the dried cooked grain) and cassava bread from the cassava. It is enjoyed by many and can be eaten with fish, avocado, cocoa tea, milk, and can be make as a cereal etc.

The new generation doesn't bother with these good healthy traditional foods. It is so sad because these are really some healthy food. There are so much ways you can eat this cassava bread. Thank you so much for appreciating it. God bless!

@@TWC-MAD and gluten free. You are welcome!
The cassava juices put in the fridge, when it becomes solid take it,and through away the balance. The solid part is starch.
We used to iron with it too.🤣
@@samsgiftedhands3998 we as well, it was starch for the clothes.
Nothing went to waste with food..those old people good and innovative. The big corporation to those ideas and commercial, earning a profit and charging us a boom.
@@annlewis7685 right!🤣
Tapioca starch is sold by the pound, also you have tapioca products like noodles and pearls and so on. Clearly it's worth something! I've eaten dumplings made out of it that were transparent, strange bouncy pastries, and also a kind of pudding. It's great if you like rubbery food!
Hey sam,you did it again 👍
Yes I did😁
Hi Sam I like your videos the bam bam looks great. My family is from St Vincent but we are living in St Croix and we make farine all the time in a big flat pot it takes a long time, but one enjoys it.
