In my opinion, Hồ Con Rùa (Turtle Lake) is not the best place to find these street food individually but I do think this Lake is one of the best place to hangout with friends and buy those food all in one place with acceptable price and still lovely to eat.

Oh, man. There's a little Pinoy restaurant here in FL, it's cheap and delicious and everyone is happy. The first time I was there I got a big plate of rice and a few meaty dishes... I asked if there were any sides, like beans or something? The guy said: "how about a fried fish?"! I'm still laughing about that years later. This is in a college town which is full of vegetarians! I ate that fish, too. It was delicious, and I can see why everyone is so happy. So, we go to Phillippine Express to escape from the vegetarians! And the low-carb people, too!
