Andy, A bonkers question from someone new to digital part of ham radio, You show us how to connect ,excellent ,BUT how do you unlink/disconnect cannot find a disconnect area to do this on web page ,, Or is it a from Radio only so the at moment stuck on 30 c,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Informative! How does the Openspot 4 differ from using the ICOM terminal mode wherein you need the area DSTAR repeater to accommodate it? Put another way, to your knowledge, does the Openspot 4 require anything from region's DSTAR repeaters? Thanks!!! K1MOX
Hi Radio Frequency: for hotspot this is what I am on MM7OLC B REF001 C Radio Frequency:438.800.000/pi-star ZUMspot Elite 3.5 So today, my Openspot 4 arrived in the post, so my question is, is the ZUMspot Elite 3.5 Radio Frequency: is it a good frequency to be on with that reflector, or is there a better one for the UK?
When I am setting up my Openspot4 Pro, the frequency, 433.900, is automatically displayed. Is this fixed, or can I choose another UHF channel? Thanks - Good videos. John M0JWA.
Thanks again Andreas. I just got an OS4Pro for Christmas and you helped me set it up on DStar. Cheers.
Hi glad it helped Happy New year 73
Looks pretty easy. Will probably get this as I am not in range of a DStar repeater.
Hotspots are essential if you use digital ham radio.
