      10:05 That's it right there.
I'm sitting at 350ish. I know I want to change it, but I don't have that support to do so.
I did at one point in 2015 - 2016 went from 330 to 205, but I had the structure and support of family, with no real responsibilities.
now, ive moved away, and I have the responsibilities and no real support.
I'm new to the LA area, so I don't know anyone here, and cant find what it takes to take that first step.
hell, if Xeela has another Trainee shirt, lets do it.

Simple recipe for weight loss: Count calories in, reduce some carbs, replace with protein, walk everyday (track calories out from apple watch or fitbit). If you're in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight 100% and you don't have to feel like absolute shit. Even better if you can work out and gain muscle at the same time. Around 2019, I was at around 220lbs, standing 5'8, I was obviously obese - I was depressed. I hated myself, how I looked, everything. So I decided to change. Fast forward to 2021, I weighed as low as 155, however, I didn't feel healthy. The measures I took were far from ideal - was constantly starving myself, worked out here and there, but nothing serious. I lost weight so unhealthily that after eating a single meal, I'd gain a few pounds - scared the shit out of me. So I continued starving myself. Inevitably, I got burnt out. Started eating really unhealthily and by the first week of April 2022, I'm back to 200. Needless to say, I was feeling very disappointed and unhappy - I was back in the dark mental state I was previously in. So a couple of days ago I said fuck it and started working out again, but this time, I told myself I was gonna do this the right way. Resting today after a couple days of getting back, my body is in pain, even walking hurts. But I've honestly never felt so motivated after watching this video. Thank you. This was the first video I've ever seen from you guys and this is gonna change me. I may not have the support system John had, but I know I got this. I actually teared up towards the end of the video - because I realized that I can do it. And I will.
If I ever feel down and feel like I couldn't push through, I'll be re-watching this. I rarely ever comment on videos, but I just felt like I had to on this one.
Thank you John, Thank you Ilya. More power to you guys.
