Jason's gain in his weight could be due to muscle inflammation!!! I hope you guys see this, especially Jason because he seemed pretty disappointed about the 3lb gain.
Nathaniel you can gain weight from muscle inflammation and it’s pretty common in people who are pushing themselves in workouts. You’ve never worked out and noticed you either gained weight or stayed the same in the beginning? It’s crazy to expect a ridiculous drop in results in just one week. Especially since Jason has already had a professional trainer for months now. Idk if you know but you actually tear muscles which the body repairs to make stronger/resistant muscle. There’s definitely inflammation that is going on during these different types of hypertrophy. Which is the reason why there is a temporary water *weight gain*
Nathaniel there’s no end all be all reason behind the weight gain. Me and you both truly don’t know the reason. He could have overate, but he could not have. He seemed pretty bummed out so I assumed that he really tried and I wanted say there could be another reason. Stress, and lack of sleep, etc., could also be factors. But we both don’t really know the reason. I was just giving a piece of advice that the 3lb weight gain could have been out of his control.
