I'm just about to create my Airbnb account and beginner in the business I don't have a property yet, but I am looking for the best place and hopefully, I will get one soon. My question is can you manage your property without co-hosting? Basically just yourself?
Thank you so much for this valuable information as I am so inspired to be the best co host to our guest. I am interested in more information, please make another video.
Thank you for this content. My question is what other services besides communicating with guests, cleaning & making sure supplies are available, should a co-host offer?
Love your video! I have a Cabin near lake Texoma but live in Florida. Can you perhaps recommend a reliable co-host for me to work with or perhaps you want to manage it? I have many questions as well: 1) Should I offer the canoe 2)is Wi-fi essential (I want people to disconnect and relax) 3) Should I offer Tv? Bikes? 4) Can co-host mow the lawn 5) who pays the water and electricity?
So I’ve literally spent all day today, watching as many videos as I could, in order to prevent needing to ask you anything, but I don’t see a video, that explains how a co-host would get started. Who do we reach out to, how do we find local Airbnb owners etc. There is such a high demand for this, that I’m shocked I can’t find a simple answer. Let me know, I might not be seeing something if it’s available. Thanks
I will say that a cohost will do best by creating hosts. Otherwise you’re tying to convince a host to outsource. Successful hosts won’t want to outsource. So you’ll want to go to REI groups, other real estate networking events and present yourself as a short term rental marketing and management company
Thank you for this. Question for you, when co-hosting in different states did you have to acquire a business license for the states or, would that be up to the property owner to acquire the license if applicable?
Help! As a primary host of a listing owned by someone else, do I have access to collect all payouts? Is this the optimal way of setting up a listing as a short term rental manager or is it better to be the account owner of someone else’s property? Pros, cons & differences?
Hi ! Excellent tutorial, thank you. Does a Primary Co-Host get the final reviews ? In other words, the Primary Co Host is able to keep the reviews for his profile performance or does the Host get all the credit?
Hello! Thank you for this information! I am an aspiring cohost and I have a question. You said that you sandbox all of your financials from your cohost. So does that you mean you don't pay your cohosts directly from the app? If so, how do you go about paying your cohost?
How much time would you expect a co-host to spend per property (house), given say an 80% calendar fulfillment & 2 night minimum stay? My apologies if this has been covered in another video, I’m just starting to watch your content, it’s my first comment. Hello from WI, TX & PR 👋🏼
Great information. What are your thoughts about turning an entire apartment complex into an AirBNB, like a 10 unit complex? Would the success of doing this be mainly based on location in a particular cit?y
Thank you. Good video. Co hosting if I am doing it seems like more work than me being my own host. But I guess the point of being a Co host actually is do all the Host work. But with other people properties without having to pay the rent and get 25 or 10 % salary. But then 10% of 100,000 is $10,000? Which is not bad. And you don't have to worry about having to pay monthly rent. Is my understanding of being a Co host is correct?
Great video love the information you gave I am looking to start a business to where I co-host for operators owners in the LA area can you give me more information about that thanks
Off topic but did you see that now that ABB will let us make discount offers now. BUT once the offer is 'set' you cannot change the price. You can cancel the offer.
Hi Sean, I am new into STR as Co - Host and just get my first client. I have listed one room in a 3 bedroom Main House and still have to set the listing of the cottage but at the same time I have my separate listing. My question is if I want to create listing under my client how do I do it because when trying to create, I am seeing my profile,
How do you succeed at renting a property and using it strictly for airbnb without getting into trouble with management? You mentioned in one of your videos that you were allowed to airbnb in a apartment where it was not actually allowed, how?
what are the differences between just assigning the property manager as a cohost under her own profile vs creating your own cohost account and having her log in to the in house co host profile?
@Airbnbautomated Great video as I'm considering hiring a cohost as im overloaded in the details with my listings. Would be interested in a video on creating a business entity and tax advice with rental arbitrage. I heard there may be limits to writeoffs because we don't own the home. Not sure how true this is though.
hello! question, if you are the co host does the reviews affect your ranking? Extra question if you are the co host with the superhost status and the admin is a new primary admin does that listing get the super host status?
Amazing video!!! I have been hosting my own apartment for 2 months now and absolutely love it. I would live to cohost for other airbnb host. How do you suggest I find these hosts that want or need my help
I have been watching your videos almost everyday to get much insight. This one just confused me. As a Co - Host how do I create listing for myself and creating for other client where I am assisting as Co-Host
Hmm...so I guess I'm about to be a cohost except I'd be making the account and in charge of the money and stuff...let me tell you. Airbnb has got me stressed out and I dont even have this first one up yet 😖 definitely already feeling like I'm goin to fail 🤦♀️🙄😔
Could you please first explain just what a co-host is or isn't? Is the idea of co-hosting that one of the hosts is located in the same city or not always?

You are so good to manage all these properties alone (with some help). I have only one and I strugge to find Cleaners and manage it properly.
Use faceboook jobs to find a cleaner! Post an ad.
Also it’s harder to keep a good cleaner with little work
thank you, i just found a cleaner on facebook!

All of this is GOLD.
I'm starting a short term rental business and I'm gonna need a co-host. I want my business to be 100% automated.
What would you recommend for me as someone who doesn’t not have airbnb experience and wants to shadow a Super Host in order to become a co-host?

You want to get a couple properties of your own. then use your successful portfolio to pitch owners to let you do the same with them.
If I want to become a co host I first have to do what
Come a host on your own properties and learn the ropes. That’s the most responsible
