PORK PHO SOUP - Delicious Broth, Simple to Make with Few Ingredients

1 lb pork shoulder or loin
1 lb pork butt
2 small onions
1 head of garlic
2 small slices of ginger
10 cups water
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 green onions
0.5 oz cilantro
1 lb dehydrated rice noodles
5 oz bean sprouts
Fried garlic:
1 oz garlic
4 tbsp vegetable oil

I make pork pho all the time. I dnt care it it's not authentic, it still tastes great!!!

This is Hủ Tiếu (Vietnamese pork soup) It does not look like Phở. Vietnamese don’t have pork Pho. You don’t all the spices for Pho. Look like pork soup can eat with any kind of noodles not Phở broth

call it something else not pho; you maight get away w chicken pho, but can not call seafood pho, pork pho, vegan pho. Pho is associated w beef both and meat... good luck
