Chandler is 15% Hispanic and 10% black, yet you only mention the Indian population (only 3% roughly) along with the Asian population (just under 12%)? I know you noted “your neighborhood” but I feel you’d have been better served to give overall Chandler stats instead. I don’t know you and you seem like a genuinely decent person, but not mentioning 25% of the Chandler population seems like more than an oversight. I’ve owned homes in numerous states over the years, so I speak from a reasonable amount of knowledge and experience. Sadly, some of the most disgusting comments I’ve ever heard have come from causian female realtors who assumed that because I looked like them then I must share their sentiments. I’ll end by saying that I want to live around good people, regardless of color, and that the optimal neighborhood is a little bit of everybody (Asian, Jewish, Black, Hispanic, Mormon, Native American, Middle Eastern, Israeli, Polish, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Russian, Alaskan, Canadian, Cuban, Armenian, African, Australian, Spanish, Portuguese just to list a few).

I really appreciate this comment! I agree, but also let me explain. Chandler has a larger Asian/ Indian population than surrounding suburbs of Phoenix, which isn't so much the case with other ethnicities. According to niche.com, this is the demographic for Chandler:
      White 55%
      Hispanic 21%
      Asian 12%
      African American 6%
      Two or more races 4%
American Indian or Alaska native 2%
When you look on niche.com for surrounding cities, you find the Asian population makes up 4% for Phoenix, 2% for Mesa, 6% for Gilbert... The reason it is higher in Chandler is because of Intel and the increasing number of high tech jobs that are bringing in people literally from all over the world. If I have a client who wants to be close to Asian/ Indian grocery stores and restaurants, Chandler is a good choice. So that was the motivation behind my comments. But you are absolutely right that I should have also talked about other ethnic groups as well. I truly value them all and what each group brings to the community! I stand with you in your sentiment that you want to live around good people, regardless of their color or whatever! One of my favorite things about Chandler is the greater amount of diversity it brings compared to other Phoenix suburbs. Thanks again for bringing your thoughts to my attention - I definitely will apply this for future videos.
