    In this boat right now. This is my first salary negotiation and I’m nervous bc the salary stated was 20k+ lower than what I was targeting. This job is a great fit for me right now. I wasn’t sure did I should schedule a call to negotiate or do it after receiving the written offer. This helped

    I've been asking the writing offer to send it to my email 4th time and they still didn't send me the offer, 😭😭😭😭 I'm not if they serious or not

    In previous i got one offer without salary discussion
    If candidate have exp then how you release offer without asking salary? This is main and big red flag.
    What this mean
    It mean the job is not interesting
    Fake offer
    They never value candidate time.
