Hi Amy, great video. I enjoyed watching. I am currently working with a staffing company that has extended an offer however they are not paying me the hourly rate that I request they are blaming it on the client/ company stating the company does not want to pay more however I feel it is the staffing company that's not paying the hourly rate that I want, how do I convince them to pay me the rate I'm asking for?
