Pictures are pretty, sound is good, but meat was overcooked.. I found that meat on a rock/stone cooking not so effective, but more of a "party trick" or "for the show" A stone doesn't get to the heat of a steel pan or open grid, and the meat gets cooked before it get a nice colour... 🇿🇦
