We are just starting to plant up the garden here in New Brunswick (5b) and I am hopefully that we can have as good of a growing season as last year. On RUclips, I have been seeing a lot of people already pulling produce from their gardens so I thought I would share my Zucchini relish recipe and how to preserve for future use, as I find it is a great way to use up all that extra summer squash.
