Thank you for adding verbal instructions (YES !!) to the re-assembly of this cup. Success, after three attempts of following the official video (fast and with foreground music which just added to the stress! My attempts were 90% successful but I just couldn't get the button to pop back up again after I had pushed it down. So, thanks again for clarifying (though the steps are essentially the same on both).

Sorry to hear that it leaks - can I ask, do you think it's leaking from the side, so it's a screw top issue, or from the top, so it's maybe an issue with those plugs that should block the 2 holes?

All I can think of is... is the black nut at the bottom at 2:53, is it tightened on as far as it goes?

I'm not so sure - it is really nice, but it is really expensive for a cup - I wouldn't have got it if my sister hadn't have asked for it.
I'm also not sure I like the drink hole - it's a bit like sucking on a baby's cup, instead of drinking like with other reusable cups, if that makes sense.
A bottle sounds like a good idea.
