That’s why they let it go on for so long. If you ever notice in the early years, Chris always had more than a few beers on stage and would gradually drink more as the show went on. He just never looks it. He’s one of those functional drinks. My grandpa was like that too. He could drive a boat perfectly completely drunk but fuck trying to talk to him cause he made no sense
In regards to people asking about the guitar effects heard - he's using a Line 6 DL4 delay and a Digitech Whammy IV. Those two were staple effects during this tour.

No, I listen. I'm way too old to be a fangirl now and even 20 years ago for me it was never about the appearance (haha, I was wearing the same old baggy shit as they did in the early days, and still do), only ever there for the music. Not a lot of people understand it, but I don't care. There is not a day since 2001 without Muse for me.

Yeah I know what you mean. Muse may take drugs in private but they appear sober live and in public and they really keep it about the music.
