Hey when you play the 12 witg the plucking hand are you tapping it or are you holding down with your pointer and plucking with your thumb?

Also are you playing an electic or non electric ukulele ? I really hope i cam learn this song this is so good

I am softly touching the 12th fret and plucking with my thumb(it’s called harmonics!).
My ukulele is non electric and there is no sound effects as well.

It’s the thing called “tie” and it’s a way to increase the length of the note when you write a score. You can search on google for details but basically you don’t play the note inside the parentheses.
I think this is what you asked but correct me if I’m wrong.
