Why wouldnt one use matcha powder or something else (instant pistachio pudding mix/jello) in place of spinach? So fun to see but distracted by frozen spinach finish. 😋

Idk how good these would be for eating but they look incredible. Large amounts of gelatin on top of cake is weird mouth feel.
