Thank you very much. So I assume you are talking about the gizmo with the arrows showing the axes and used for move, scale, etc. For that, you need to make sure that it is visible when you begin a new project. So go to the viewport gizmos (arrow with line through it) at the top right menu and put a check mark in "move" (under Object Gizmos). When you select an object (especially in edit mode), those arrows will appear on your vertex, edge or face. Hope that is what you meant. Good luck.
