Garlic storage. Blitz those garlic gloves with some oil. Put them snap lock bags, spread out thin and freeze. When you need some garlic just break some off. With the oil addition they don’t freeze hard.

As I said, it's fresh and save Egalby. It was last week. Every 6 months or so. They also do a $2 week, $5 week and meat week
