We are coming to Queensland next month for vacation from Los Angeles. Can’t wait to listen your beautiful town!
Hope you enjoy it!
Great video I live in New Zealand and I live on my own I normally spend around $80 per week but I now don't buy meat as its expensive so I don't buy it if Im able to shop for 7 meals for $80 then that would be great
I got a Huggies tub
Nice
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl do u like Huggies nappies
Youra amazing mum and vlogger Taking care of you is so important as they all rely heavily upon you . Good on you for getting the drink and plates . Take care thanks for sharing your vlogs x
Your very sweet. I always feel guilty spending money on myself. I think that's why I get so creative saving money
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl so many people don't know how to stretch there money and food you do because you have gone thru struggle s but you are able to teach others and know what it's really like to struggle . Hard times are coming and people will be wanting to know how to stretch there money and food .keep up the good work thanks for what you do x
Good meals from that haul, Emily. Good to see that you are being mindful of your own well-being, no good if Mum gets crook!
Thank you lovely. I am taking my health more seriously lately as it's been failing me.
What else goes in the pickle burger sauce please? Good haul, good stock up on meat with great prices
It's Mayo, pickles, onion, pickle juice, mustard and tomato sauce
Just found your video. You are an amazing young woman. You should be very proud of yourself. A message to everyone regarding electricity bills, make sure the meter is actually being read and not an estimate. Stumbled across this when I was paying a bill for my elderly father. They stated on the bill they could not access the meter because of the dog. My father has not owned a dog for nearly 15 years. Also with the cost of food, I’m fortunate I live in a rural area and have started to access eggs, vegetables and meat straight from the farmers gate. Also local markets. I’ve also set up garden beds and growing some of my own. I have lemons, limes, mandarin, and an orange trees now planted. All the best to everyone🙏
That's great advice
Great haul. Well done.
Glad you enjoyed
Wow! Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome! The clothes look in good condition and that thick jacket for your son looks great quality and warm. Here little fingers trying to get some jelly cups 😂 the fruit bowl lools really good too
Thanks so much
Thanks for sharing. Those loaf pans were a good find!
They are! I've already made sandwich bread for the kids and hubby in them
Nice. Thanks for sharing my friend ❤❤❤
thanks for watching
Great prices 😃 the Seaweed you got was a great deal too. Seaweed prices are kind of expensive where I am. Love snacking on them or even adding them on the side of meals
Me too!!
Great haul and thank you for sharing. Went to Woolworths and there were no eggs. Never seen it so empty. I'm half asian and my auntie cooks that bittermelon with egg and I add it to rice with soy sauce. Hope you and your family are well ❤.
That is awesome!
The capsicums look Beautiful. My woolies doesn't seem to stock many of their Essentials brand now. I've it when my family takes over a meal every now and then . Thanks for sharing lovely ❤
Oh wow!
Great that you're engaging your children with their meals, both planning and preparing
Yes! Thank you!
Cani do same thing with egglapants?
@yy.u.i It depends what you want to use it for
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl for example i want to do baked veggies
This is still a great budget meal plan. I priced these ingredients up at my local Aldi and getting 5kg of potatoes instead of 3, this came to just under $60. Still fantastic even with higher prices. Thank you Emily! I will be making this meal plan this week
That's great!
Blue+yellow=green 😊 Nice haul
I know but it's not the "right" green haha. Autistic kids - hyperfocus
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl ohh totally get it
I dunno who's emily??
@@man_taugeh I am
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl are you single mom?
@@man_taugeh No I am not.
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl are you cheapskate?
@@man_taugeha cheapskate? wtf how rude
Great video 😊. We have meltdowns over milk too based on their cartons.
I love that toddler tantrums are so predictable
I'm soooooo sorry hun, but reusable pad are more cost effective. Wash them out in cold water then in the wash and on the line to disinfect up does that. If you feel itchiness or it feels wrong it's usually the chemicals added to obsorb. Go natural
It
@garfeildhead I have period undies and a cup as well, Unfortunately I have to use all 3
Great video I would recommend turning the music down just a bit as it is quite loud!
Noted!
Great haul especially the parsnips $13kg + in my part of Victoria. Have a great week let us know how you go with the spring onions.
Thank you! You too!
Great haul specially the parsnips there $13 plus down south where I live, they are a favourite of mine.
Good to know!
Great haul. Have a lovely weekend. 😊
Thank you! You too!
Fresh produce looks good, you have a good eye for a bargain, Emily, well done
Thanks lovely
Mate, I apreciate the effort of making this however if you want to get people to hang around try actually giving some ideas on making some budget meals. Like things to throw together to feed people. I am so sick to death of all this Americanised garbage. We are Australian. Ditch the Techno music and actually say something. FFS.
This was the Haul there were 5 videos that followed with the breakdowns of what I made.
This looks so yummy. I'm going to try it! ❤
Hope you enjoy
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl It was good!
Hi Emily!! I have to tell you how pretty you look!! Your hair and lipstick are beautiful and really complement your eyes. Cheers 😊
Oh thank you!
Emily have you through about dehydrating bananas and mango for your family. As we both live in Brisbane we get some great fruit prices and it is really easy. You do a great job for yourself family.
Yes I have. Waiting fir them to go on special
Garlic is so expensive in WA where did you get a jar that size, and how much was it???
$5/kg woolies in the international section
This is a year old. This would now cost you close to 100.00. I don't know these videos are posted when a yr old cause it's not really valid as the economy has changed and not for the better. Inflation has gone up hence food costs which this would cost you more now
This video was posted more then a year ago as you can see. We don't remove videos. It still gives ideas for cheap meals.
@carolynevans8826 I priced these ingredients at my local Aldi this week and it came to just under $60. Maybe have a look at your local Aldi. You could also substitute the corn for mixed veg which is a bit cheaper
Hello Emily and family, You can dehydrate excess citrus too. If you pulverise it to a powder in a Ninja blender, or another food processor, you can add that powder to smoothies or cakes and biscuits for added flavour.
Sounds great I have quite a few lemons to use up
Another great video Emily. Thank you ❤. Your garden is looking great. Great idea with the herbs too.
Thanks so much! 😊
You can water down the Nando's sauce by adding in some cream or yoghurt.
I used coconut cream
Well done, Emily. I'm trying to do an 'at home' month as well, and already have run out of most of my fresh produce. Never mind, I have plenty in the freezer to add to what I have in the fridge and pantry. Just have to think differently to use what is on hand, which is a good thing. I'll probably buy carrots, onions and potatoes later on in the month.
Those 3 are staples haha
Nice
Thanks
Nice
Thanks
if I make something too spicy I just remve it from pan into a sieve and run the cold tap over it. Then continue cooking without a heavy load of hot sauce.
The hot sauce was the base of the meal. We wanted spicy but not death
That peach cobbler looks delicious
Thanks lovely, it's so good. A little too good can't make it too often
Hello Emily, you look quite lovely and it is good to see things are improving for you and your family, keep the videos coming. Thank you.❤
Thank you hun
Random question but how did u break your toes? hope you're ok now!
I heard a bang and run to see what it was and kicked my foot on a steel foot on the way past. Brusing is almost gone now
@@AussieDebtFreeGirl oh no!! and ouch 🤕 hope you're ok now! Are you still doing uber eats?
@moniquef4737 Doordash? And not at the moment, car needs some new tyres so I'm trying to drive as little as possible until I get those sorted
Quick, easy, and delicious looking!!
Thank you
We love quick and easy
Great ideas thank you
Glad you like them!
Thanks for the video Emily. You are gorgeous 😍. Love the colour lipstick you were wearing. That cobbler looks delicious 🤤. All the meals you make always look good.
Thank you so much!!
Man inflation has sent these up a lot
Live what are you doing keep up the great videos xxx
Thank you lovely
Great haul Emily. Thanks for sharing. Things have definitely gone up.
I think so too!
Good value haul, Emily. You certainly have some dietary challenges!
It's okay lovely. Got to feed everyone haha. Gluten and lactose so far plus high sodium & iron for me.
