Looks good but doesn't look like the eldest is getting much?
It's only the first Haul so far
Nice one 👍
Thanks for sharing Emily. Everything you make looks delicious 🤤. Loving the content. Hope you and your family are well ❤.
Far out.. I didn't need to see a video on her telling us what's in front of us..
Great shop ! Love these ideas 😊
Yum everything looked delicious 🤤.
I’m thinking between $130-$150
We love those pepper strips. We either have it on salad or absolutely delicious on homemade pizza.
That looks good. This has also given me ideas on what to make. Thank you.
Good use of the things you already have
They look delicious, Emily
Yum that looks good 🤤. That would be great as leftovers for lunch as well. Love that it's in one dish.
I use iherb and healthy life for melatonin and maltofer
I use iherb for melatonin but I buy 6 months worth at a time cause I hate paying for shipping
I love fridge tours!! 😍 how do you make the cold brew coffee? The container up top with your sauce packets where is it from? Hope you filmed the meal prep 😊
@Sonja... the container is just a cheap shop find for like $2. I brewed it on the stove and then keep it in the fridge to mix with milk for iced coffee at work
Do you have to use a certain type of coffee? And do you just boil it in a pan?
@Sonja... I used instant we had on hand and boiled it with sugar cause he likes it sweet
that's a pretty good stock of food there, Emily. Hoping you get to the bottom of your gut health issues sooner than later, not nice to be crook!

Season's Greetings to you and your family. What a good Mum you are, Emily! All the best for the new job for hubby, a new era in your lives
Thanks so much! The kids are really excited for Christmas!
I know you have been unwell but another video idea I would love to see is how you do your eye makeup. It is flawless!!!! And the colours are amazing
@kimberleyblackwood-troyahn8995 Definitely not flawless haha. I do it in the car usually in the rear vision mirror while the kids are getting out at drop off
Great vlogmas. Thanks for the video. You got some great bargains. I wish your husband all the best for his new job.
Amazon, chemist warehouse, discount chemist (online). Basically wherever is the cheapest at the time
Another great video Emily. Thanks for sharing.
@@annarowsell6298 Welcome lovely
You look gorgeous 😍. I'm wishing your husband all the best for his new job. Thanks for the awesome content ❤.
I'm so glad you like it. 😊
Great haul! Gosh those dinner rolls are expensive these days!
Definitely I haven't bought them in 10 years so thought why not
Do you do the 4 gift rule?
Not anymore, my children have more then enough book and clothes usually so i try and get them what they need and something they will enjoy
Thanks for sharing. I bought my 3 kids one big gift to share and few extras. My daughter is now 13 and I'm finding it harder to buy gifts. Hope your doing ok ❤.
@annarowsell6298 We are looking at a Facebook Marketplace Trampoline for up to $100
Lots of bargains especially at the fruit shop! The mangos 🥭 especially were so cheap compared to Adelaide.
They definitely were! I think it's a bit of a price difference depending on what part of the country you are in.
Great value in that haul. 👏 Well done 😊 love your glasses and hair! ❤🎉😊
Thank you so much 😀
I’m guessing $198
Not a bad guess, $114
We are also trying to use up what we have in our freezer and pantry to help reduce groceries
It makes such a difference!
@AussieDebtFreeGirl yes not buying alot of dinners sure helps
Emily please check out forged for you.. a lot of these vitamins and mineral companies are full of complete shit. The forage for you would actually be providing you the same nutrients you’re taking for less, and it’s all natural quality ingredients that actually supports your body.
Ill look into it
I'm guessing $220.00 Great haul and thanks for sharing. Looking gorgeous as always 😍.
Thanks, I am trying to make it stretch as far as possible!
Love your hair blonde, suits you so much, very pretty. Cost of living is ridiculous, especially this time of year. A great idea to do a pantry challenge before Christmas.
Thanks so much! I know, it's crazy how much everything costs!
Looking very pretty today, Emily!
Thank you lovely
$249.00
quite a bit less than that
The gifts look great 😊 so exciting !❤
They are! I can't wait to see the kids' faces when they open them!
You can get the maltifer in a bulk 100 pack online, different places have them but all random prices. A place called Healthy Life has it on sale at the moment.
I will definitely check that out, thanks for the tip!
@@AussieDebtFreeGirlyou can also get cash back and Woolworths reward points at healthy life too :)
How do you purchase gift cards through superannuation?
A lot of banks, superannuation funds and loyalty programs give you discounted gift cards. Mine does 4% off.
Meal looks delicious
Thank you!
Yum 🤤. That looks good. Thanks for sharing beautiful.
Thanks for watching 😊
I buy my vitamins from good price pharmacy when they are half price, I also use chia seeds instead of Metamucil, spoon full in a glass of water, not sure if that will work for you.
I'll check them out. I am adding flaxseed to a lot of things too
🙂
Hi Emily, what if you ask your GP for a script for the Maltofer, then you may get it for the cheaper price. I think there might be a no name Maltofer which is actually cheaper than the actual brand Maltofer, just look on the Maltofer at the smaller medication name under the Maltofer, as this is the active ingredient, medication name, Maltofer is actually a brand name, like Panadol, but you also need to look at the dose and then match the dose on the no name medication. Then in the chemist, look around where the the Maltofer is and you should see other brands With the Metamucil fibre caps, I used to take them, but simply can't afford them any more, so now I buy the smooth orange powder, as it works out cheaper and I mix it in with juice, otherwise it makes me dry retch. Also the Coloxyl and Senna, I buy my chemist own brand (APO) and buy a 200 pack for ½ the price of the actual real brand, which is the one you have. I used to take a heap of vitamins, but now only take magnesium and I only ever buy them when they are on a really good special e.g. ½ price and then stock up. I hope this helps a little. I feel your pain, I was a nurse for 24 years working full time and I have been on the Disability Support Pension for 12 months and I only work casual in retail now and some weeks don't work at all, I have a mortgage, no children, I have 2 cats and a car and many health conditions, currently I am being investigated for Motor Neurone Disease as my father carries the gene and I have a 50% chance of getting it, I had a genetic blood test 3 months ago and I still have not got the result, if I am positive or negative, I am seeing a professor neurologist for the first time regarding all of my symptoms on Tuesday 3rd December and I am 44 years old and feel like I am falling apart and I was told by the genetic team at Westmead Hospital NSW that they are definitive that I have MND, but I still need to wait to get the blood test results and see what the neurologist says. The neurologist is over 100km one way to where I live and costs $590🙀, that is a huge amount of money for me being single and on a low income. But my mum is helping me with the cost, thank goodness or I would have not been able to see the neurologist. If I am positive for MND, my life expectancy is up to 2 years, could be 6 months, no one knows and every week I seem to get a new symptoms, so I am trying to remain positive, which is very difficult because I have nursed patients with MND and I know how it goes. Anyways thank you for being you and I get so many money saving tips from you, so thank you so much, you are amazing💝
Unfortunately I already looked into the maltofer issue it's a patented medication so no generic options and its not cover by pbs. I'm going to try a different iron supplement but the GI issues are why the gp wanted me on the maltifer.
That is a hard time. Stay positive.
I take Maltofer as well and I usually google it to search the different prices before I purchase it. This week I bought it from Healthylife an online pharmacy that had the 100 pack on sale for $55.
Chemist Warehouse or Amazon. I usually do a search on Google before purchasing. That is for vitamins though. Sorry but hubby and I get medication free from April each year. We use Star chemist at Waterford .
I take Moltifer too - I know it’s more expensive initially but I get the 100 pack because it works out cheaper! I think about $60-$70 depending where you go.
I haven’t tried a larger pack, but I’ll have to check it out next month.
If it’s something you know you have to get every month it works out better. The $30 a month was killing us too!
We got our supplements on iHerb.
I totally understand it costs a lot for all the vitamins but the cost out weighs how important you are hun. Mums are #1 we need to put ourselves first too. Just like you I’m on those supplements but I find when Swiss goes half price grab it plus also I find Swiss iron tablets work better for me then the molterfor brand. (That’s me) I also added centrum for women Plus adding the ground mix of LSA in your smoothie gives you fibre as well as the Metamucil.
Thank you lovely
Do you take colonel everyday?
Coloxyl? Yes and movicol
Great gifts for the children. They will be super happy!!!
I think they will too
Can you get any of your vitamins on a script from your GP? I get my eye drops on a script, saves me a fortune…. Maybe worthwhile asking? Gorgeous Xmas gifts 🎉
I asked the pharmacy, but nothing can be covered on the PBS
Honestly skip the drs all together and see a natrapath
Shipping is free when your getting that much
