I’m joining in, just gathered the ingredients together for the muesli bars, a lovely gluten free treat. I found home made chicken stock in the freezer and I have lots of veggies so veggie soup. Then to use up a few tins, lentils, kidney beans, tomatoes near their date, with some mince I found I’m going to make a chilli, lots of do I can freeze some for later. Phew! You have more energy than me 😂
All of that was put on hold during the court issues. So its all the same/ worse haha then before. i will be doing a look back in December and my new goals ect
