Hey Raven, I usually take individually wrapped freezer items or just freezer stuff that can be taken out of the box and store those without the box. It saves a lot of space. For cooking instructions I just Google the item and look at the back label.

Raven! Im a Leo but I promise you I must have Virgo in my chart because I do exactly what you do to your kitchen and fridge including cleaning the fridge and freezer before adding my new groceries 😂. Also, I did a clear out of my apartment storage last weekend - I hired Got Junk to come thru and take away all the stuff I dont use and collecting cob webs! Plus old patio furniture. I did spring cleaning in the summer! 😂
