Thanks for doing this video. I am in search of a new apartment and I really liked Met On 7th. My lease is up in October. I would definitely want the one bedroom with the tub.
@@laurencharltonn The parking deck can be a little noisy from the trains but I live on the 13th street South side 3 windows from the train track I can hear the trains but it's only white noise to me I definitely don't lose sleep from it. And I can only hear the train when people talk about the train Because I really never notice anymore. And no you only would hear the neighbors unless if they're really doing hard labor up there lol. Do you live in Birmingham or downtown?
In one of your previous videos you mentioned that you liked the place you lived in, can you disclose the name of the apartment if you moved? It was a tour of your apartment.☺️ It was so cute! Thank you!
Depends on the apartments. The first one, The Palmer, is one of the more expensive complexes downtown. The newly built places are all pretty high tho. If money is a concern, you can just look at Southside or Highlands for some older buildings with much much more reasonable rents, like 900-1100 range for a 1 bedroom.
Just now seeing this, Valoras on green springs gets really bad reviews and changes management often. I hope they get better but as long as I’ve been here it’s been bad (7+ years)

Your video was very helpful when I was apartment hunting last month! ❤❤
I've been eyeing the Foundry apartments myself. They are the top of my list.
Did you end up in foundry yards? I've been here for a year and a 1/2 now. And I love it. No bugs lol
@@highlymedicated2438 can you hear the trains a lot? What about neighbors to the side and above? Is the parking deck really noisy?

Yes! I am actually planning a review video on that apartment and will disclose all of that information and more soon! Stay tuned!
Dang who knew Alabama was so expensive
It’s very expensive in the downtown area compared to outside the city.

Anyone watching this - do NOT book at Lumen! They have been nothing but a nightmare since I moved here
Omg. We are neighbors lol yeah I Have heard things about lumen. FYI the foundry is way more adult lifestyle. So it's really a whole lot quieter
lumen is god awful! Lol so many people now had to leave due to a broken pipe
I like that
Do you like the valoras one?
