I rented this game when I was a kid in the way, way back. Till today, the only thing I remembered was how she would hold her dress down when falling for far enough :-) I was a kid then.

Except this really plays nothing like Valis III, and Valis really doesn't have a heroine with a sense of humor, or the game itself have a sense of humor.

Yeah, I've bean this game, in realtime. The US version is A LOT easier. This version? Holy Moses. If you don't have full power and nine yellow orbs in the final stage, you're probably not winning, especially on Hard.
That "YAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAH!" of the final boss is burned into my brain...
