I started to actually train freestyle swimming like a month ago and I've already improved so much Last week I started trying and getting the hang of how to do the butterfly (thanks to some helpful advice) so this workout is coming in handy Your workouts are great companions on my swimming journey
can you recommend any very light dumbell exercises if i'm experiencing mild shoulder discomfort from doing lots of butterfly. i know rest is the best, but maybe there are some simple dumbell, body weight, or stretching moves to help with that. thanks.

Keep training your core and practicing a healthy diet. Consistency is king. Training abs 3-4 times per week should do you well.
