I'm blown away by how good Tony Walker is. This sounds so professional and polished, it sounds like something that been produced on Audible. This man truly has talent, it's not just reading it's voice acting. I can't praise Mr. Walker enough, undoubtedly this is some of his best work. Thank you so much for the hard work and effort putting out such quality work for us all to enjoy.

I read this story for my ‘turn of the century’ literature class at Gustavus Adolphus… I was nervous about it because when I was fourteen I found a book about Dracula that scared the life out of me and I had trouble sleeping for over a week. But reading the actual story, surprise, surprise! I loved it! It was so finely written, well paced and detailed enough for me to picture it in my mind without being too much. Whatever the inspirations were for this story, Bram Stoker, you had a true gift!

Opium use, the hypnosis and supernatural craze, an invasion of eastern culture and paranoia about the behaviour of his wife were among some of his inspirations. Some of the Vampire ideas were also inspired by another book which itself was influenced by eastern european folk tales.

I love the way you start this story slowly and precisely. You initially come across as innocent, a bit nervous, but with a sense that everything can be explained and it will all be ok. Progressively, though, you start to become scared, your voice quivers, your breathing quickens, your mind seems to fall apart. By the end of these chapters, you really sound as though you are losing your mind, and maybe you are, but I must thank you, as this is my favorite novel of all time. I love the madness of this tale, it reminds me of my own life. Thank you so much for spending so much of your life reading this, it is the best narration of Dracula on RUclips and I am eternally grateful.

Thank you so much for doing this! I was reading along with your audio and it really brought the book to life. You did all the characters so well. I've always loved the movies, but can't believe how much of the important stuff around Lucy is left out. You really miss the feeling of utter tragedy around her that was in the book. Her last letter had me weeping so hard i couldn't see the page. I never once cried during any of the movies.
I've recommended this to my Oshi CrimzonRuze's bookclub! Hope others will give you some more views, as it really was fantastic!📖💖

Look what I've just read, quote: "Upon its release, Dracula enjoyed moderate success, though when Stoker died in 1912 none of his obituaries even mentioned Dracula by name.".
Sometimes genius is not immediately recognized but this narration is a fitting tribute to it.

Wonderful narration of an absolute classic. I love falling asleep to this reading of one of my favourite books of all time. Thank you.
It is a shame YT wouldn't allow you to run the whole audio book narration as a single video though. They do allow sleep and meditation videos to run 24+ hours at the time of my writing (April 2024) including some which are 96 and 120 hours of run time. (No pressure on you, merely information on that change).

Absolutely love this great gothic horror classic. Phenomenal narration. Personally I have always preferred the opening chapters of this novel as the tension that Stoker creates between the Count and Jonathan Harker is so atmospheric and scary. As we read we get the same feeling of Harker being trapped. After a while the Count plays a cat and mouse game with Harker which makes us feel so despondent for Harker. Big fan of Stokers and I would also recommend his short stories "Draculas Guest", "The Squaw" and "The Judges House". My favourite Vampire story after the masterpiece "Dracula" would be "Salems Lot" by Stephen King.
