I know I definitely use these longer form videos for things like migraine or sleepless nights and they are at least as important as painkiller or sleep aids. (More so, in some cases. I've played you on my headphones in the hospital on more than one occasion to keep me calm. No joke) Thank you on behalf of all of us who have become accustomed to calming down via your stories.
