Okay, I have two comments on driving backwards. 1.) When I lived in Florida I used to eat at a place called Checker's. They had a drive thru on both sides of the building. If I showed up and the normal side was busy, you bet I'd jump into the lane on the left side and go through it backwards so I could still reach the window. No one ever cared. 2.) I question the illegality of the move. Depending on the state you'd be considered as driving in a parking lot. I'm many states the laws for parking lots are not very strict and it falls onto the police officer to make a judgement lcall. Was I driving erratically? Dangerously? Recklessly? If you're showing good judgement and being very careful, you're likely to get nothing more than a couple glances from the officer.

I can attest that these crazy stunts happen mostly on night shifts. I’ve work fast foods as a 2nd job since 1985 and I’v seen it all. Worst customers are the racist ones that will complain no matter what you do. Worst “pranks”: Customers tossing firecrackers through the drive thru window as they’re leaving. Also, customers shooting paint balls at the employees either in the parking lot or through the drive thru. Robberies and physical assaults are a very real thing. I’ve even assaulted 13 times and been through 5 armed robberies. I’ve seen customers throw drinks in cashiers faces. It’s easy for Hollywood or RUclips to joke about it but there are real people trying to make a living and can do without the drama.
We totally fell asleep in the drive-trhu line at White Castle once! A worker came out and banged on the windshield to wake us up. We then proceeded right up to the window to get our food.
I actually was burnt by hot tea at Star Bucks. The person who handed it me didn't secure the lid all the way and when I grabbed the cup it popped of and burned me!! It hurt. Could have sued but I think my dad got like coupons or idk.
Did you get 3rd degree burns? Stella, the old woman, got 3rd degree in her crotch area, almost died, and had to have multiple skin grafts. All she wanted was her out of pocket expenses paid for.

Here's my wtf moment At Wendy's. Someone once went through the drive thrue and had a 40 dollar order. Of course, we had to pull them since we are only allowed to keep certain amounts, so we had to make fresh burgers and fries for their order. Then, someone came in, and said they were the order. Comes to find out, wrong person and someone stole her order who only had a 3 dollar order! So, when they came in to check on their order, since we usually run it out to you, it majorly confused us. So, she had to wait 15 minutes more to get her order.

i worked at a pizza shop and this dumbass customer got their way to another pizza as long as they returned the 'bad' pizza whatever. we wouldn't have sold any pizza left with a customer like that but we did look at it to see if they had eaten it or anything and there was like napkins and some kind of maybe lotion? gooped up under the pizza. (no- it wasn't semen or something it was definitely lotion since it had a flowery smell radiating off it) so that is my WTF moment. i mean, seriously. wtf?
I know a dude who tried to rob a McDonald's. Turns out the lass he tried to Rob said Kev i know its you we went to school together then he tried his getaway on a bike with a flat tyre. He ended up getting caught less than half a mile away and got 40 month in prison for it.
This happened TODAY actually. I wasn't drive thru, I was front register at Wendy's. Had an 80 dollar doordash order pop up. We got it out. 15 minutes later, we get a call from the customer, saying her food never arrived. What happened? Door Dash driver stole the order, after cancelling it to appear as if he never picked it up. Also, that stupid "Customer is always right" crap is false... to a certain extent...
I actually drove a hearse through a Jack in the Box drive through. I was thinking some people would think it was a food delivery, or maybe a person's last wish being a Jumbo .Jack LOL
I actually had gotten a free meal BUT it wasn't because of deceit. I was eating dinner alone the server came by asked if everything was ok I said yes. I went to the bathroom and came back out to find my table bussed and a new group of people at the table. I was like WTF because I hadn't even paid the check which would have made sense for what they did. I had a purse and wasn't going to leave that at the table unattended and was wearing a hoodie so no jacket to leave at the table. So my idea is either to leave a note or always have a jacket.
I guess the lady who got burned by McDonald’s coffee got serious third degree burns. The coffee was over 120 degrees and the lid wasn’t properly affixed. Everyone laughs at this lawsuit but it was more serious than the stories in the news let on.

I seen people in pyjamas,and a robe my friend saw a lady in a towel.. And played the "and then" game with some stoner guy. I also found sperm what on the wall in the men's room. 😷

KFC Germany I was working in the drive thru. I wanted to give a bag to the customer when suddenly a random dude ran into the window and tried to grab the food. I reacted quickly though and stepped back and closed the window with his upper body stuck. He was screaming crazy, saying to give him his food, cursing at me. The manager came and he released him and told him not to come here again. Worst part is that I got scolded for locking him up.
