Liked the Cable Management Part. You will get in touch with this very often. Always check that the cables and plugs are not exposed to any great tension. Otherwise the plugs will bend and possibly damage the sockets on the devices. With monitor arms always check very carefully and slowly all positions from minimum to maximum and see how the cable behaves in the "managed" position.

Hey Kev, I am very new to this career. I am a baby IT and this is my first IT step so far. I love the Videos. I used all your Level 1 key points to further develop ways to go around it. Please I just need to suggest that for future classes...Is it possible to show us the screen rather than more of your pictures in Level 2, as hands-on we need to be able to see how you navigated to the pinpoint solutions you used on the systems...especially when you were switching users to another system. To be honest with you, your video landed me my first job in the IT help desk.

Hey Kev, in an attempt to make myself feel a bit more confident. Can you please tell me how long into your job you learned that you can copy a phones settings and forward it to a new phone using their software? Did you read up on that before hand, or been doing it manually before looking for this solution? I’m just kinda worried I’d get hired and first thing I’m asked is to set up a new phone model I’ve never heard of and looking stupid. 100% I’d figure it out but it would take me like 5-10 min to get going. Awesome videos btw.
