A lot of people seem to think hes just racing against mom and pop out of the back of their pickup truck when he's actually going against full factory support teams from kawi and Honda. They all have money and private tracks at the top of the sport.
No he's just had a full funded program since he could ride a bike, has time to practice nearly every day and if the bike blows up then here comes day to the rescue. Its not that he is paying for the win but he has opportunities that most average kids don't have because his family has money. Most families struggle with the expenses and can't keep racing or even start racing because of that. I have a buddy who is wicked fast and was riding a big bore kx250 when he was 15 and he hasn't raced at all and never practices. Imagine if my buddy had all that money behind him and the sponsers of his fathers previous careers. Brian paved the way and is doing what any parent would do for their kid if they had money. All I'm saying is average kids can't do this so its essier for him to be successful when he doesn't have to worry about where moneys coming from or if he'll get sponsers...
Funny thing is all those kids that are riding in super mini are ones that are fully backed by factory teams or sponsorships,very few of them kids are just being funded by mom and pop.
There's more to racing than going fast. Ask Jlaw, or Brian Deegan for that matter. But I don't think Mr. Deegan will let his kids loose sight of everything else it takes to be a challenger for championships.
@@zealobiron are you really using jlaw as an example of success? Hes burned out after wasting his talent and stuck working a day job. He's the perfect example of what not to do. Deegan was smart enough to pivot to the up and coming freestyle at the time and got his foot in the door and used his talent there to great success because he wasn't much of a racer. Deegan sucess was in marketing more than anything with his "rivalry" good vs bad thing with Travis for all of those years.
This is a wonderful way to live your life. Congratulations to Brian and is family. Who can you call to build a private track like that. Looks like heaven on earth to me.

Been watching this kid since on 50's and knew his dad back when he raced Kawasakis back in the day. The kid handles pressure so well and that seperates the winners from the losers!
Never thought I would be following a kids racing career, but here I am! Even though I grew up when the first crusty demons movie came out, im far from a fanboy of Brian Deegan himself. But I always loved his badass style
I remember watching Hayden on his 125 and Brian on his 450 racing each other and Brian struggling to keep up. This kids the next James Stewart as long as he can keep injury free
Brian definitely seems to have mellowed over the years which everyone does. On their videos he seems like just a great dad that wants nothing but the best for his kids. And he seems to always be there for them. Think he is just a great guy.

You can see his riding form looks near perfect. He has been well coached for years. It's tough to compete with a person who gets tons of time working on their sport, plus professional coaching. It will be fun to see him race in the future.
I haven’t followed a kid from this young of an age since Ricky Carmichael which I was the same age as him. You never know but I’d say Dangeryboy will be the next superstar of this sport.

We have many super minis in our barn. With the KTM 105 SXS KIT we have found the optimum stroke increase is 109cc beyond that the engine begins to be less responsive (rev slower).
This dude is gonna be a ripper (already is) when he gets on the 250, then the 450s. I've been following their channel and they're well grounded people. Brian works with his kids and they seem really smart. Good luck dude
Think a lot of people need to understand he doesn't get everything handed to him if you listen to what his parents have said he has to work for things he has to show he is committed to something do his chores and school work ect yes his parents have money, nice hours and a large property with tracks but they also earned that this kid is an insane rider the money hasn't made him better there are people just a good that can barely afford to ride don't be jealous

Hayden Dehoff he is old enough, not big enough. Look at Daxton Bennick they good friends and birthday a few days apart. Dax took a huge growing spree and is riding 250s. These two boys are the best riders in the country. Just one of the boys are bigger.
You should get in touch with Casey Cochran in Clermont FL and try 1 of his bikes. I bought his Loretta's 125 off him and once you get in the pipe it feels much stronger than 07 crf450. Think you're gonna be racing him next month in the red bull straight rhythm?

That 112 is faster than any stock 125. Only 125s with some engine work would be able to out run it. The power to size ratio on Young Deegan's bike is insane.

I’ve been in MX for 38 years, there have been hyped up kids like this as long as I remember. Stewart, pastrana, nick wey, Reynard...etc It’s a different game when everyone is great.
Probably making the same or more power as a stock 125 while being lighter and having a shorter wheelbase. Probably a faster package with a kid riding it.
